I understand; I myself have always struggled with poor body image, at least until my perspective & outlook changed. I aim to share my experiences & lessons learnt with you, to help you overcome self-negativity, starting with your mindset and allow you to start achieving the things you have always wanted to.

Through exercise and support, I will help you become the strongest and healthiest you have ever been, both physically and mentally.

I never imagined that I could ever have a go at snatching and now I have! I thoroughly enjoy the level of challenge and motivation.     positive review  Highly recommend going to Milly... she listens to what you are training for, what you want to improve / change then works you to get there and makes it fun at the same time (except when adding in your least favourite exercises).
