I am Personal Trainer Newtown Powys. Guiding people to become the best version of themselves is my calling in life, a passion stemming from a journey of my own, where I’ve built a strong foundation of knowledge & experience that I can now pass on to others. I will help you learn new skills that you believed would never be possible, by providing you with the knowledge and support that it takes to manage what’s in YOUR control.

I understand; I myself have always struggled with poor body image, at least until my perspective & outlook changed. I aim to share my experiences & lessons learnt with you, to help you overcome self-negativity, starting with your mindset and allow you to start achieving the things you have always wanted to.

Through exercise and support, I will help you become the strongest and healthiest you have ever been, both physically and mentally.

    positive review  I've been having PT sessions with Milly for about 5 months now as a crossfit coach. I was already realitivly fit and was used to using a gym prior to starting with Milly but I wanted to move from weight training and using machines for cardio and had seen her training others about the gym and how hard she trained herself. Milly has been absolutely amazing...not only in her expertise in teaching but her patience , encouragement and confidence in me to improve every single session with her and sessions I do on my own from her specific programmes tailored to my specific needs.     positive review  I Seriously enjoy our sessions! I’ve always liked the idea of learning different weightlifting techniques. My form has improved dramatically over the past few weeks. I never imagined that I could ever have a go at snatching and now I have! I thoroughly enjoy the level of challenge and motivation. I highly recommend the ladies classes and also the skills workshops!
